I was proudly raised as a Democrat, growing up in Oregon.
Working in a food cannery, I earned enough money to graduate from Oregon State. For the past several years, I’ve worked as a Sales Manager for DHL Logistics – a worldwide shipping company.
In 2022, I was elected a Democratic Precinct Committee Officer in the 43rd District. I live in Belltown (downtown Seattle.)
Out of heartache and frustration with local leaders, I founded the non-profit We Heart Seattle. We Heart organizes volunteers to remove hazardous debris and used needles from parks and public spaces. By building trust with people in need, we connect them to housing, family, treatment services, and second chance employment. This helps restore their self-worth and dignity.
Having led thousands of hours of fieldwork supporting the needs of our neighbors suffering from drug addiction, and untreated mental illness, has given me the hands-on experience needed in Olympia. I will fight to pass legislation to solve problems based on fact, not flawed data, to address the humanitarian, environmental and public safety crisis facing the State of Washington.
